Department of Economics of Van Hien University visits SAPUWA’s headquarter

A few week ago, on Tuesday morning of 13/12/11, SaiGon Pure Water Company (SAPUWA) was honored to radical students and faculty of the Economics of Van Hien University to visit and learn rules as well as production management systems to ensure product quality at the factory.

 

Working with the company leaders in the morning sightseeing, said Nguyen Kim Dinh – Ph.D - Department of Economics Faculty University Van Hien: "After learning about the operation of many companies, we know SAPUWA factory has modern production processes, always meet very high demands on the environment, product quality, product liability after delivery, etc. for customers. And with cerfication and confirmation by the world organization, the State agencies of Vietnam, met satisfactory by the international standards of food quality SQF.

 

2000/HACCP/ISO9001. Having heard from many others, but yet to be seen in person, so we decided to put our students to visit Sapuwa’s firm to help them have a great opportuity to access to the international standards from the actual product quality of U.S. production.


At the request of the school, SAPUWA trailers showed pictures of the formation and development of the company, from design to factory initial equipment and facilities for sanitation workers before, during and after production ... followed by radical people to "reality" through the production area to the plant system is not near sources of pollution, light, proper temperature ..., with the entrance of the lamp equipped with insecticide, bactericide dust blowers, air conditioning system, with UV-studded, hand wash, hand dry machine, chlorine dip tank support, ... prior to production, all production equipment the installation of stainless steel material, the application of sanitary regulations for water safety, food contact surfaces, personal hygiene, pest control, waste control regimes on labor protection ... workers in the manufacturing sector, ... And they were not lost on storage of raw materials and finished product storage areas, the delivery truck, ... all policies comply with the GMP and SSOP regulations (conditions requisite standard of SQF 9001 2000/HACCP/ISO

 

The introduction with the students from Department of Economics of  Van Hien University to visit and learn production processes of bottled water at the plant of SAPUWA both cases an assessment of the effective methods of education for students in the integration process.

 

The leaders told the school will continue to organize similar trips for other departments in the future.

 

Answer the questions from students about the reception and handling questions or complaints from customers….

 

 Ms. Tran Kim Khanh - Director of Technical Department of Sapuwa Co. shared:

 

“This problem was SAPUWA followed  a strictly process includes steps such as: To receive and examine complaints and information, inspect the quality of the product claimed, Test Access verify manufacturing data, Check samples, analysis of causes through analysis of all samples collected and stored samples, in both laboratory and internal laboratory, then external evaluate and write back the customer, explain the reasons attached to the user population as well as how appropriate treatment.

 

As Mr. Le Nhu Vu, chief of international officer of Sapuwa answered: raw materials are supplied from the prestigious brand name, are evaluated periodically. Water source material has to go through the steps to strict quality control put into production ... And many other questions are responded profesionally by SAPUWA’s specialists with clearly specific instructions.
