Labor’s Syndicate Meeting at Saigon Pure Water Private Factory (SAPUWA) 2011
According to the decree number 87/2007/ND-CP in 28/05/2007 passed by Prime Minister, it was regarding to the democracy in the company. To maximize this law, in 08/04/2011, Saigon Pure Water Private Factory (SAPUWA) was solemnly held this event to sum up about its business operation by chiefs of each department, and planning for 2011.
We proudly presented the appearances of Mr. Tran Kim Toan – Deputy Secretary of business of Communism Party of Go Vap District, Mr. Giang Van Nam – Vice President of Labor’s Syndicate of Go Vap district, among with press representatives and especially with the presence of 200 leaders from other departments.
On behalf of Board of Directors, Ms. Le Quang Lac Ha – Vice General Director, had given her speeches regarding to the result of last year’s operation and plan for 2011. Although the overall business downturns affected worldwide as increasing of inflation, but with the strong efforts from the Board of Directors and each members of the company, SAPUWA has still running its business effectively. She had proudly reported that SAPUWA had finished highly beyond the plan, it showed the strong efforts performing by not only from the Board of Direct but also by every member of SAPUWA’s company.
With the world’s economy downturns, SAPUWA continues increasing good results in management, saving, avoid unnecessary expenses…. SAPUWA is remaining in producing bottled waters with high quality, and it still is the only bottled waters producer in Vietnam certificates of “Foods – Quality – Safe” SQF 2000/HACCP/ISO 9001:2008.
Mr. Vu Nam – President of Trade union, reported about labor’s agreements in 2010, and draft of labor’s agreement in 2011. He said that the company had followed the labor’s agreement and regime with labors. Also, working condition is constantly improving and guaranteeing in income.
Besides applying for labor’s agreement and regime, SAPUWA has also subsidized pregnancy amounts of 400.000 vnd/month in 12 months for female employees or male employees whose wife is pregnant. SAPUWA also has free services for entertainment
club with 02 hair salons for male and female. In the meeting, everyone has valued high performance of regime outside of governmental labor’s agreement that SAPUWA’s Board of Directors has always concerned about their employees.
In the meeting, we had received many practical comments by labors regarding solutions to improve in business, healthcare, saving… to accomplish a common goal. During a vote, 100% of labors agreed with a production plan, and future plan in 2011, also agreed with contents of Labor’s agreement decree in 2011.
Finished up the meeting, we have acknowledged the efforts by all employees, and highly valued the achievements. With a guidance from government and board of directors, all SAPUWA’s members will continue to produce efficiency and effective, and we will accomplish its goal for the year of 2011 and many years to come.
