Warning of Sapuwa counterfeit’s production

At present, in the market there has many bottled-water producers with different brands; even they counterfeit some famous brand, beside, their products are manufactured rudimentarily, production environment is not ensured safe-hygiene food conditions… prices among them are of different levels.. That makes consumers be difficult to choose a high-quality product which ensures safety for health …

To protect the prestige of business as well as take care and ensure consumer’s health, last time, Sapuwa Company organized a survey of bottled-water market.

At 11a.m in Feb 19th 2009 in Vung Tau City, our staff detected Bich Duyen gas, rice, pure water dealer (address: 110/4 Pham Hong Thai St, ward7, Vung Tau city) in producing, transporting the counterfeit of Sapuwa bottled-water 18,9l (bottles without guarantee and Sapuwa mark in the cover). Sapuwa is the favorite brand of consumers during last 16 years. Sapuwa bottled-water are registered as exclusive brand in Vietnam. The fact that Bich Duyen dealer buys old empty bottles from hucksters to produce Sapuwa counterfeit product is a serious breach of intellectual property law and current law so as to exploit Sapuwa’s prestige.

In the face of chaotic situation of bottled-water market, to avoid that customers use Sapuwa counterfeit products, at present Sapuwa Company has dealers, showrooms controlled by Sapuwa. The goods are directly distributed to customer through no intermediaries.

So Sapuwa Company informs dear our customers to pay attention to these following elements in order to avoid using Sapuwa fake products.

-         Products must have expiry date and seal Guarantee.

-         The cover have Sapuwa label.

-         The bottle is always cleaned.

-         The delivery team wear uniforms Jean trouser and blue shirt with hat and name card having Sapuwa logo.
