Shinning up the mirror of good person and good deed
In the morning of May 25th 2009, during the work of collecting money from customer, Mr. BUI HUY DOAI – the staffs who is responsible in receiving money from customer saw that the customer pay for the odd money of 3.600.000 VND. Mr. Doai reported the situation immediately and brought back this money to this customer. He was very surprising and glad to receive this money, he also had good intention to “reward” but Mr. Doai was determined to refuse.
In order to encourage everyone to follow Mr.Doai’s example and improve their good side, make good their bad one, the Sapuwa Director Board has praised Mr. Doai with the whole Sapuwa staffs for “Having the effort to complete the assignment and raise highly the honesty and responsibility of a Sapuwa staff when returning the odd money to customer” and reward him 500.000VND
“The sweet fruit” is not grown from the barren tree, but from the fertilized tree with the gardener’s care. The Mr. Doai’s example has really showed the cultural characteristic with humanity and been a proof of the awareness together with the action, been the display of Sapuwa collective’s picture which is trained according to clear standards requiring all laborers to obey the guideline “4 cleans” : Clean person, lean workshop, clean profit, clean product; among them, the “Clean person” has been expressed through the cultural characteristic of all members in company, that is to study and devote incessantly in work, to respect the discipline, to have the humanity and honest, clear relationship with customer…
The Sapuwa director – Mr. Le Nhu Ai chosen the this model to train the cultural characteristic for staffs, that is the exemplar in management “Good teacher create good student” and “A hungry belly has no ears”, firstly we create the cultural environment and the good life, so besides carrying out all policies of medical and social insurance, allowances, rewards…; signing all labour contracts and agreements; ensuring the working safety-hygiene; doing medical check periodically and keeping the stability for staffs with the average salary 3.500.000VND/month, every year we also consider to increase the salary up to the completing level of work, he also arranges the housing for staffs who works far away from home, establishes sport clubs with billiards, chess, table tennis, computing club, library with over 150 book titles, barbershop for men and women… the training room is equipped with modern equipment, a terrace for staff’s activities, cool eating-room, good meal and suitable nutrition, allowances 4.800.000VND/year/person for staffs who is pregnant or have pregnant wife … In company, there also have the establishment of Communist Party, Labour Union, Youth Union, Red Cross…organizing many movements such as cultural, political, exchanging, visiting activities.
Not only caring the spiritual and material life of staffs, Mr. Ai also actively joins in the charity activities. Over 1,5 billion VND/ year has been given to support for the social program, sport, cultural, educational and medical activities with the high sense of community throughout the country.
The meaningful and humane actions of the Director have awaked and educate the humanity and honesty, contributed to take forms the personality, the good example for staffs to follow. Hence, Mr. Doai action is not surprised because this is Sapuwa tradition.
The most important thing is that after honoring Mr.Doai, everyone promised to study and work well in all features to continue to be the ethical example and be rewarded, praised, introduced to everyone to follow, to multiply good person and good deed to make good the social in general and Sapuwa company in particular.
