Congress of whole Sapuwa Red Cross members

In August 17th 2009, The Congress of whole Sapuwa Red Cross members – term 2009-2014 has been ceremonially organized in the hall of Sapuwa Company. In the congress, there has the participation of Mr. Diep Ba Kiet – The Chief of HCMc Red Cross, Mr. Vo Tan Tai – The Chairman of Go Vap Dist Red Cross, Mr. Nguyen Quoc An – District party committee member – Deputy Chief of Public relations of  Go Vap Dist Party Committee, Mr. Pham Cong Truc – Deputy Secretary of Party Committee private enterprise bloc… together with managers of departments, distribution centers, representatives of organizations and more than 100 Red Cross members of Sapuwa Company.

From the establishment, receiving the support and care from Cell and the Director Board, Red Cross has the advantageous in all aspects. Beside the development of trade-production, Sapuwa Company uses a part of profit to support annually human activities and programs of Red Cross.

Sapuwa Red Cross has gradually built the stronger organizing system, step up the propaganda and prevention against HIV, flu, environment hygiene, educated the knowledge of traffic safety, labour safety, food safety…mobilized the studying movement to improve professional skills for staffs, organized annually the course of first-aid, fire fight and prevention, dealing with problem when disease spreads or mass of food poisoning …cared the health of whole staffs such as doing yearly medical check, equipping clean eating room… giving the diligence allowance (200.000VND/staff/month), pregnant allowance for wife or husband (4.800.000VND/year)…for all staffs.

The Red Cross consulted the Director Board to join many humane programs launched by wards, districts, HCMc and Central such as combining with charity organizations to build love houses, giving presents in Day of wounded soldier and martyr, presenting Tet gifts fro poor families, build kindergarten in Tram Ngang Hamlet ( Thua Thien – Hue), supporting spring trees to lighten the humanity, summer camp, international children for disabled children, examining and treating free for poor,  relieving the natural calamities, giving scholarships for good students, supporting cancer children in HCMc Tumour Hospital…

And sponsoring the community activities in many features: education, health, sport and cultural activities such as supporting the international physic contest, helping the heart surgery in Tien Giang, supporting the competition of many sports, itinerary following Uncle Ho , Da Lat flower festival…

With the total value of more than 6,6 billions VND

In the next direction, Sapuwa Red Cross course (2009-2014) shall try to improve all achievements, continue to uphold the humane tradition of Company, the solidarity between colleges, the strong attachment with public and strive to carry out well the resolution of congress of Sapuwa Red Cross members 3rd course 2009-2014.

In the congress, the Executive board of Sapuwa Red Cross presents 5 members, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Xuan Lan (the Chief of Sapuwa Red Cross branch course 2009-2014, which now is upgraded to association) was voted as the Chief of association.

 dressing the congress, Mr. Diep Ba Kiet – the Chief of HCMc Red Cross – and Mrs. Le Quang Lac Ha – the Deputy Director of Sapuwa Company – gave their high appreciation to the activities of Red Cross and had the guidance to the congress. The new executive board received the guidance, engaged to conduct well their duty and mobilize more members to join in humane activities. That is one of the Company’s guidelines that are suitable with the humane characteristic of Coampny and requires all staffs to comply the “4 clean”: clean person, clean profit, clean workshop and clean product, contributes to the stability of Sapuwa trademark in the bottled water market.
