A typical SAPUWA grassroots trade union effectively implements Resolution 6b/NQ-TLD

SAPUWA grassroots trade union has been affirming its role as one of the typical units in implementing Resolution No. 6b/NQ-TLD dated August 3, 2015 of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on "Improving the quality and efficiency of trade union inspection committee activities". 

Thanks to the above efforts, the inspection committee activities of SAPUWA Grassroots Union have achieved many positive results. SAPUWA regularly inspects and supervises the implementation of salary, bonus, social insurance, and health insurance regimes, ensuring legitimate rights for employees, contributing to building a healthy and disciplined working environment. Ensure the management and use of union finances in a transparent and regulated manner.

Operating effectively not only protects the rights of workers but also makes an important contribution to the sustainable development of the business. Inspection and supervision activities help detect and promptly resolve conflicts and labor disputes, building harmonious and stable labor relationships. The inspection committee's propaganda and law dissemination activities help raise the awareness of law observance of both employees and employers. Inspection and supervision activities ensure that all workers are treated fairly and transparently, creating motivation for workers.

With the achievements achieved, SAPUWA Grassroots Trade Union is one of the typical units in implementing Resolution 6b/NQ-TLD. In the coming time, SAPUWA Grassroots Trade Union will continue to make efforts, innovate, create, and further improve the quality and efficiency of inspection activities, contributing to building an increasingly stronger trade union organization and better protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of workers.
