Continuing to heighten employees’ knowledge to provide good service to the business is the current policy of SAPUWA. The fact proves the far sight of SAPUWA Management Board, creating conditions for their staff to keep on studying. Particularly, all employees concentrate at Sales Department to study computing every Saturday, irrespectively of gender, age, and level of ability. Each acts on one computer under the instructions of Mr Huy, Mr Tung, Mr Nam…, who does the best of them to impart computer literacy from elementary to advance level: from What is Internet? How to work on computers? How to search using Google? to Microsoft Word, Excel, Project,… All are interesting and useful lessons.
Practice time is always ebullient. Those who are more literate assist the less. Someone cannot control the mouse? Ask the mate next to you. It is so warm and happy. Incessant learning and improving ourselves are the sense and responsibility of every employee, which is the intangible property of the company, serving our very jobs such as: making reports every day, suggesting ideas of heightening production effectiveness, how to cut costs and increase income, how to allocate human resources properly, how to expand customers, who carry out the trading strategy and is it a feasible one. According to dialectic rule, everything stems from objective reality, helping to develop human subjective creativity, affecting our schemes. As a result, against this rule will lead to counter-effectiveness. SAPUWA, with its specific cultural character, strive for the aims: Competence-Quality, Sharing-Fairness, Cost-Responsibility, simultaneously improving material lives of the staff. It is an important question to answer.
