SAPUWA Deputy Director awards the certificate “The Vietnamese food quality management” in Japan

Being the only trademark of Vietnam obtaining the international certificate “Safe-quality food SQF 2000” (standard of regulating strict requirements to ensure absolutely food quality, safety in the manufacturing process) in the bottled drinking-water industry, controlled by SQFI Institute in U.S annually, Sapuwa Company hasn’t stopped, we continued to appoint leaders to improve knowledge abroad so as to satisfy the work in new situation: global economic integration.

Carrying out the training plan of 2009, last time Ms. Le Quang Lac Ha – Deputy Director of Sapuwa – one of high-ranking leaders appointed to attend crash course abroad – come to Yokohama (Japan) to join the first practical course about “Manage food safety” with the aim of inquiring more about safety standard of Japanese food-processing industry and activities that Japan carried out to improve quality in order to make Sapuwa more competitively in international market…

The content of course is to introduce global standards of food industry such as SQF/HACCP/ISO/GMP (good manufacturing practice), SSOP (Sanitary Standard Operating Procedure), and to have a thorough understanding of production and food supplying assembly line according to process so as to ensure safe quality of product of Japan.

The class is designed in accordance with modern model, theory is associated with practice, in the end of course every staff – based on knowledge – must make a report on a feasible plan in their own company.

Ms. Lac Ha visited the Food and drink exhibition area, many Japanese food companies to catch the realistic trend of food in present and future in Japan, understand the global management, hence she proposed the ideas for product’s development and marketing strategy for Sapuwa product in next time in the graduation lecture.

The result is that Mrs. Lac Ha has been certified to complete the course: The Program on Food Safety Management for Vietnam (VNFD) awarded by Japanese oversea technical refresher course Association.

With the scale and size of the leading trademark in bottled drinking water industry in Vietnam, Sapuwa Company shall continue to train our human resource of food quality management according to internationally strict regulations… so as to be suitable with the guideline of “quality” production-trading, as well as set up international rank for business environment of Sapuwa brand.
