SAPUWA organized an annual field trip in 2013

On occasion of 21^st year anniversary 26/09/1992 – 26/09/2013, summarizing of the first 08 months of the year 2013 accomplishes some of the positive sign in business operation, SAPUWA’s Board of Directors organized a field trip in 02 days – 01 night from September 07^th and 08^th, 2013 for entire company and their relatives. The location for this year was in Lagi Resort, Ham Thuan Nam Province, Phan Thiet, a very famous and beautiful beach, a wonderful resort in Viet Nam. It was an annual activity that SAPUWA always concern, to attach special importance to employees. There was a great opportunity for SAPUWA’s employees having a chance to visit the beach and also to regain energy after a year round working with high levels. It also meant to rebuild relationships between employees so that they could be unite, friendship as a SAPUWA’s big family.

After many eager days for preparation, selection of travel company, SAPUWA finally decided to pick WinWay. Five o’clock in the morning in September 07, 2013, SAPUWA’s group consisted of 06 vehicles with 260 employees and their relatives departured from SAPUWA’s headquarter, leaving Ho Chi Minh city to Lagi town. The trip’s first stop was at Hung Phat restaurant in Dau Giay (Dong Nai) to have breakfast buffet. Each vehicle was very convenient with Tv, DVD, air conditioner on throughout the trip. Every tour guide in each vehicle descripted local attractive points, as well as made games such as: word guess, fold-song… with surprise gift.

Arrived in Lagi, located in Mom Da Chim Resort and Spa, SAPUWA was very excited to look around in green, pure area, and peaceful… The group began to have lunch, menus with 06 dishes, seafoods, many different taste. After that, the group was rested in the 04 stars resort, in the big room with 02 to 04 people.
    

The clock stroke at 15 pm, the group gathered at the beach, divided up into team (a team for each vehicle) to join the workout activities organized by WinWay Tour company. The game was demonstrating the spirits of unite, friendship, leadership from each team leader. After the game, the winner would receive gift such as candies, seafood and sodas…

After the game, there were individual times to enjoy, relax, swimming… with restricted areas for SAPUWA’s group asl well as for kids area.

Then, the group had Gala Dinner under the sunset near the sea “SAPUWA – LAGI DINNER NIGHT – SEPTEMBER 2013”.

Gala Opening Night was a song singing by the whole group to maximize the feelings. The Labor Union’s President, Mr. Vu Nam, introduced the guests who were General Director and his family, Vice General Director and the rest of the SAPUWA’s family. Especially, there were a present of kids who were children of the employees. Mr. Nam represented the group to express his feelings and also to appreciate to the Board of Directors for concerning of employee’s lives. He also said that after each trip, every employee should put more efforts, actively contribution so that SAPUWA could develop each year, and we could all together join a trip every year. Representative of each vehicle stepped up along with him to open up the champagnes cheered up for the party began.       

In the warmly gala dinner, SAPUWA’s family joined activities as “Happy Birthday” to members who had birthday in September. After that, there were many more activities throughout the night such as: beer contest, SAPUWA Idol 2013…

After the activities, the awards was announced to the winners. Then, SAPUWA gathered around in small group to share and talk until mid night.

Day 02, after breakfast buffet, there would be easily seen lots of employees posed photos for one another around the resort to find out the best shots. There were some who were swimming in the pool and in the beach. Some were looking for local gifts for their families.

After lunch, SAPUWA’s group left the beach city to head Ho Chi Minh city. Beaches, sands, hills, natures… were slowly leaving behind but sure there left many meaningful memories. After the field trip, each department feeling closely, friendly to one another ever. The group felt very happy, united… they all determined to work harder, more efficiencies to develop the company as well as to appreciate for the Board of Director’s concerns.
