SAPUWA ORGANIZED AN ANNUAL FIELD TRIP IN 2015

Summarizing of the half year 2015, SAPUWA has accomplished some of the positive signs in business operations, the Board of Directors organized a field trip in 02 days – 01 night (August 08th and 09th, 2015) for entire company and their relatives. The location for this year was in Ganh Resort, Binh Thuan Province, Phan Thiet. It’s a very famous beach with the gracious, safe and friendly beauty.

It was an annual activity and followed the particular human culture tradition that SAPUWA has always concerned, its attachment significance to employees. There was a great opportunity for SAPUWA’s employees having a chance to visit the beach and also to regain energy after a year round working with highly density. It also meant to rebuild relationships between employees so that they could be more unite, friendship as a SAPUWA’s big family.

After many eager days for preparations, stability of organization, notification about the trip, selection of the high quality travel company, five o’clock in the morning, SAPUWA’s group consisted of 06 vehicles with 260 employees and their relatives departed from SAPUWA’s headquarter, leaving Ho Chi Minh city to Phan Thiet. The trip’s first stop was at Hung Phat restaurant in Dau Giay (Dong Nai) to have breakfast buffet. Each vehicle was very convenient with TV, DVD, air conditioner on throughout the trip. That made a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. Every professional tour guide in each vehicle not only opened the light music or comedy show but also descripted local attractive points, as well as made games such as: word guess, puzzles knowledge of history, culinary, culture, art … Thus, this trip is very attractive and interesting.

Arrived in Phan Thiet, SAPUWA’s group was very excited to look around historical, cultural relics at national class such as: Poshanur tower, Mr.Hoang’s Floor, dragon fruit gardens. Especially, SAPUWA’s group was visited Phat Quang Temple where keeps the Lotus Sutra carved on the wood. There are three monks and twelve assistants carried out during 28 years (1704-1732) to pray for blessing and peace. Then SAPUWA’s group had lunch at Mui Ne Restaurant and enjoyed tasty favor of coastal cuisine which is processed subtly from Binh Thuan seafood by indigenous people.

The group was rested in the beautiful resort – Ganh Resort, in the big room with 02 to 04 people that was equipped air-conditioner, TV, hot and cold water taps… It is located beside the coast and windswept poplars forests. Someone can hear the whispering waves and then relax to enjoy the fresh and cool air. Moreover, gazing with veneration at fascinating wild beauty like a charming landscape paintings made stir heart. Along with sightseeing, the group didn’t forget to take photos.

The clock stroke at 03 pm, the group gathered at the beach, divided up into team (a team for each vehicle), named the team to join the workout activities organized by WinWay Tour company: “SAPUWA got talent 2015”. The game was demonstrating the spirits of unite, friendship, leadership from each team leader, such as: “SAPUWA’s creation”, “SAPUWA’s coordination", “SAPUWA’s unity”, “SAPUWA’s reaching heights”. Throughout the game was covered by an eventful, joyful, exciting atmosphere.  

After the game, there were individual times to enjoy, relax, swimming… with restricted areas for SAPUWA’s group as well as for kids area.

After that, the group had Gala Dinner under the sunset near the sea “SAPUWA’S TALENT DINNER NIGHT – AUGUST 2015”. Gala Opening Night was a song singing by the whole group to maximize the feelings. The most familiar moment is when The Labor Union’s President – Mr. Vu Nam represented the group to express his feelings and also to appreciate to the Board of Directors for concerning of employee’s lives. He also said that after this trip, every employee should put more efforts, actively contribution to complete the production and business targets. After many claps, the attractive games were played at the stage, such as: word guess, dance, hip hop and “Dancing with Kids” for all of the children. Of course the expected part of Gala is the competition between all of the members to receive cute gifts.

After the activities, the group went for a walk along the coast, enjoyed the seafood with the fair price or gathered around in small group to share and talk until midnight.

Day 02, after breakfast buffet, some of the members visited Sandhill. Sands are strectched out with different heights. It’s colorful not only yellow but also white, gray, pink one… This is an inspiration of of many famous composers, artists, photographers… The group was proud of Vietnamese’s creation as visited Wine Castle in Sea Links Resort.  Until now, there was a luxurious Medieval European Castle in Mui Ne. Finally, the group chose to buy unique foods had in Phan Thiet Province, such as: fish sauce, squids, crabs, fish… and nice sourvenirs.

Saying goodbye “Dragon fruit’s land”, SAPUWA’s family left the beach city headed to Ho Chi Minh city. Beachs, sands, hills, natures… were slowly leaving behind but sure there left many meaningful memories. After the field trip, all of the members feeling healthy, closely, friendly to one another ever. The group felt very happy, united… The field trip is as a part of the motivation to have lunch much more spiritual work. The group insipired together that all determined to work harder, more efficiencies to develop company as well as to appreciate for the Board of Director’s concerns. Simultaneously, SAPUWA’s members are looking forward to joining the more farther, happier trip in the next time.
