SAPUWA organized successfully a training course for delivery employees

In the purpose of providing well’trained employees, professional in operating business, complete the works correctly to satisfy customer’s needs, create positive image, improve the job efficiency, meet the job’s requirements to develop the company. Saigon Pure Water Limited Liability Company (also known as SAPUWA) organized a training course to train from management level to delivery employees who are realted to the work directly. The purpose of this training course was because SAPUWA percepted the significance of the jobs from the delivery employees who will directly interact with customers in daily basis. They are representing the company’s images to the community, directly affected to prestigious, and enhance competitiveness in the industry.

 

      Besides training in skills, accurate, they also need to know how to save expenses like gas, regard and clean the products, services… that would help them confident, knowledgeable when dealing with customers. The course also taught them a whole picture with basic ideas about the company, regulations, benefits, mission, targets, functionality from all the departments. Besides those, the course provided them basic information from SAPUWA such as: names, addresses, telephone numbers, fax, e-mails, sales prices and after-sale services, etc…. Alongside with those, they knew the company’s culture, business philosophy: “04 Cleans”, origanizational structure, advantages, differences compare SAPUWA to other products in the industry.

 

          The training course was not simply how to delivery methods but also provide SAPUWA’s images to the community. Thus, the employees learned about attitude, professionalism on how to deal with customers. Additionally, they knew more about the products, knew how to demonstrate the advantages from the products to customers.

 

        The training methods included lecture, real experiences from previous employees who are now a trainer. Most of the employees felt very exciting and interesting about the course which they believed would help them a lot in their daily business.

 

          From many years, training is a culture in SAPUWA and becomes a tradition in the company. Thus, when the course opened, the employees were very exciting, expecting and accepting for the challenge. They showed a lot of efforts in studying, review, simple: “Studying for their jobs and for themselves. Understanding the important of SAPUWA’s images, profession, well-mannered, faithful, acknowledge the products to attract any customers…”.

 

          The preparation were well-organized, all departments followed the guideline provided by the Board of Directors. The course’s content were spreading widely and deeply to every employees. The employees were provided fully to each one of them, scheduled the small groups of training courses, and dated the exams so that wouldn’t affected the daily business. The employees tensionally reviewed for the exams, tested one another. The employees, trainers, examiner were all exciting, creating an environment very bustling, highly enthusiastic inside the company.         

 

        After a moth of preparation, in 19th and 20th of November, 2014 a practice exam were ended with positive results from all employees. The exam had 60 multiple choice questions, for Ditribution’s Center Managers/Vice Managers needed to answer correctly above 55 questions to pass, and for delivery employees, invoice collectors needed to correct more than 45 questions to qualify. The results came out with 05 fail employees out of 97 examiners, rate of 94.8%.

 

         In 25th and 26th of November, 2014 the exam dates were happened at SAPUWA’s Conference Hall with excitement and solemn. In order to provide a fair and objective the Organizers mixed all the questions differently and appointed many supervisors during the exams. After the exams, there were only one fail employee and passed by 98.9%.


          Immediately after the results, General Director determined The Commend and Reward to employees who had outstanding results from the exams while still performed well in their daily businesses:

 

-    01 Outstanding Group: Xo Viet Nghe Tinh’s Distribution Center (they had 04 excellent employees passed with 100%) with amount of 5.000.000 VND.

 

-    05 Outstanding Individuals (they passed with 100% in both exams) with amount of 2.000.000 VND/ per individual:

-    06 Excellent Individuals (they qualified with only 01 mistake in both exams) with amounts of:

    500.000 VND/ per individual

          After the training course, all employees could be able to understand their important of works, professional images to customers, felt more confident, pride, excitement about their company and their jobs. The significance from the exam was that they promised to learn, work hard so that they would continue to reward, to be shown. SAPUWA believes in this group in hand that would help the company success and development. Successes from the empployees are the successes for management levels, and also successes for the company.
