SAPUWA ORGANIZED SUCCESSFULLY EMPLOYEE’S MEETING 2014

In order to enhance the employee’s democratic rights, in the afternoon of April 25th, 2014, Saigon Pure Water Limited Liability Company (SAPUWA) was solemnly organized the Employee’s Meeting 2014 at the company’s headquarter, no. 683 Quang Trung st., ward 11th, Go Vap District. The event held with the presence of Mr. Pham Van Tai – Standing Committee – Go Vap’s Audit Committee Director of Labor Union, Ms. Le Quang Lac Ha – Vice General Director, Mr. Vu Nam -  Labor Union’s Chairman along with media, department’s leaders and more than 150 members of the union.


At the meeting, on behalf of the Board of Directors of SAPUWA, Ms. Nguyen thi Ngoc Thu – Administration and Organization Manager gave her speech about the production and trade in 2013, although the company has faced many difficulties caused of economy’s downturn worldwide, highly competition in the bottled water’s industry. However, with the prestige and quality of SAPUWA were still able to stand among the top brand in the country. In addition, in order to satisfy the market, remain the improvement in market share, enhance competitiveness, in 2014 SAPUWA has improved sales policy, apllied International Standard ISO 22000, be a cornerstone for the development in the fure. She also mentioned some of the rights related to employee as well as excution of Collective Agreement, Regulations, Rules, and government policies for employees. The report was highly valued by the Meeting’s members relating to good cares for employees, especially the company’s polices apply beyond Government’s Regulations: apply 24/24 hours insurance, the employee enjoy day off every other Saturday with salaries, subsidize 400.000 vnd/ month for all pregnant employees as well as male employee who has his wife pregnancy (period of 01 year), maintain hair salon serves employees, build activities club for employees after working hours, annual travel...

 


During the Question – Answer period, all the questions asked by employees were well answered by Ms. Le Quang Lac Ha – Vice General Director and agreed by all members. She also shared some of the difficulties and competitiveness level, and changes in policies, guideline to maintain the purpose of development. In the year of 2014 with a lot of changes, she appealed all SAPUWA’s employees to executive new management system, tightly regulations and rules, apply company’s culture, enhance responsibility, saving, actively creative, minimize mistakes in daily operation, strengthen coordination between departments, satisfy customer’s needs, together to build up a strong and persistence.

 


Giving a guidance speech, Mr. Pham Van Tai commented realizing the company’s efforts and successes, the company should continue to develop the successes, each individuals needed to complete their jobs successfully to give their hands building a better, greater SAPUWA’s brand. Also, they should give more contributions to meet the target in 2014, hoping SAPUWA continues to maintain good working environment, employee’s policies.


Taking over the guidance, Mr. Vu Nam promised to lead SAPUWA’s Labor Union continuing to develop and pass the company’s target in 2014, improve the company for many years to come.


The meeting passed a draft of change, supplement Collective Agreement, acted democratic policy, regulations, and responsiveness. The meeting as ended at 16:30 on the same day.
