Sapuwa team and key leaders receive certificate and titles

In 2001-2008, the global financial recession affects many nationals in the world and Vietnam does not except. Many domestic businesses can’t bear more and lead to bankruptcy or decrease trading-producing scale, but the consumption of Sapuwa including bottled water 0,33l; 0,5l; 1,5l; 5l, 5 Gallon and hot-cold water machine … increases monthly and take up more than 40% bottled water market of the city and over 25% market of country.

 

This is proved by the fact that Sapuwa staffs receive certificate “Excellent labour team 2008” and many individuals of Director Board : Mr. Le Nhu Ai – Sapuwa General Director - Mrs. Le Quang Lac Ha (Deputy Director) together with Technic Manager (Mrs. Tran Kim Khanh), Sales Manager (Mrs. Le Thi My Linh) honourably receive the certificates “For many excellent achievement in completing the assignment in 2 consecutive years (2007-2008) and contributing actively to the movement of city” from HCMc People’s Committee


The event that Sapuwa team and key leaders obtain many noble certificates shows the strong trademark and position of Sapuwa spreading from South to North … with many special achievements in operating the trade-production of company: - Be always faithful to the guideline “Prestige, quality, profit must be collected from the right way, the development must be stable and share with community”, so beside investing the resources (equipments, modern machines, human…) satisfy the demand of products according to international standard, Director Board and management levels : it’s necessary to establish business culture and the key factor in business culture is the highly cultural characteristics of all members in company , that is the love for job, for company and everyone try for stable development of company.

 

-   All these above characteristics are showed in every Sapuwa product and in handling the relations culturally: The culture in working, producing, behaving between labours, with customers and competitors. This creates products with high quality and good impressions about Sapuwa trademark in communicating with customers; contribute to develop business culture stably and strongly. From this base, we carry out to build business culture and build production strategy, business philosophy, training plan annually…

Besides the main activity – trade-production, responding the Government and Communist Party policies, the Company always actively takes part in social charity activities worth billions VND/year, the following year is always higher than the last one. These activities have become traditions and general rule of company. So, we not only receive certificates from HCMc People’s Committee in this year but also many medals, certificates, merits for Sapuwa team and individuals from VN Fatherland Front Committee, HCMc People’s Committee, HCMc-VN Sponsorial association for disabled and orphaned children, HCMc-VN Fatherland Front Committee, HCMc-VN Red Cross… in last years.

 

After many effectively operating years, with humanly social contributions, Sapuwa has proved the right business philosophy:”Clean person, clean workshop; Clean product. Clean profit”.
