Sapuwa visits Phan Thiet - Hon Rom

Maintaining the special cultural characteristic of the Company – Human Culture – Annually the Labour Union of Saigon Pure Water Company SAPUWA organizes for staffs to travel to create conditions to visit beautiful scenes in country and take rest, improve health as well as build good relationship between colleagues like family members.

Continuing the tradition, in this year 2010, entire SAPUWA staffs attends the tour from Sept 18th 2010 to Sept 19th 2010 (2 days, 1 night) held by Lua Viet Tourist agency. The destination is Phan Thiet – Hon Rom, the ideal beach of Vietnam.

After many eager days for preparation, in the early morning of Sept 18th 2010, SAPUWA Tourists include 5 buses with more than 200 staffs starting from the Company to Ham Thuan Nam dist (Binh Thuan province). In every bus there has the professional tour guide who makes an exciting atmosphere during the routine. Stopping at Giang Dien fall to visit and have breakfast, everyone relax by Tuyen Lam lake, Nang fall, Chang fall…and enjoy the view, take photos to save a poetic natural sight-seeing.

Continuing the routine to Phan Thiet, through many green gardens of dragon fruit, SAPUWA tour members visit Phat Quang pagoda where stores the Phap Hoa prayer-book written on the wood by 3 bonzes and 12 disciples made in 28 years (1704 – 1732) to pray for health, happiness and wealth.

After that, we have lunch with much delicious seafood cooked by native people of Binh Thuan. And we take rest at hotels in Tran Hung Dao street ( Phan Thiet), beside Mong Cam poet – one of Han Mac Tu’s lovers – the famous poet of Vietnamese people.

In the afternoon, on the way to Hon Rom, we have chance to see many spots, history monuments such as Cham tower, Ong Hoang building…On the beach, we swim and gather to enjoy fresh seafood: shrimps, crabs, snails,…

After the afternoon, at about 19p.m, all members’ present at the stage to join many funny games on the beach and enjoy lyrical songs showed by highland singers.

The most eager time is when the organization board announces and gives presents with cakes, sweets, seafood and 2 backpacks to members who overcame challenges in the game and wee the winners. Moreover, there has the exchange program and Sapuwa family meeting, night camp-fire activity “Love and beach”… All hold hands to dance in the music and the joyful atmosphere…
 
 

In the second day, we swim and freely choose Phan Thiet seafood such as fish sauce, dried cuttlefish, dragons…and many souvenir things to buy as gifts for family. That’s the end of the tour.

Saying goodbye to the beach, Sapuwa members return to HCMc. Leaving the beach, sand, hill and nature at the back, but all memories of the tour have made good impressions in everyone’s heart. All members feel stronger after this time; especially, joining in the team makes
