The Youth Union Branch of SAPUWA successfully organized its General Meeting term of 2014 - 2015

Following the plan organized the General Meeting from the Standing Committee of District Youth Union of Go Vap, in the morning of Spetember 13^th, 2014 at SAPUWA’s meeting room, the Youth Union Branch of SAPUWA organized successfully the Geeneral Meeting term 2014 – 2015 guided by the Upper Division and Regulations of Ho Chi Minh’s Youth Union.

The General Meeting was proudly welcomed Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien – a Cell’s Secretary of Business Group of Go Vap District, SAPUWA’s Board of Director, SAPUWA’s Cell’s Secretary, Department Leaders, Labor Union, Red Cross society along with 38 Communism Members and union members of the company.

In the General Meeting, the Presidium valued, reviewed the results from last year’s activities and process of performing in the term of 2013 – 2014. Under the closely guidance from Go Vap’s Youth Union, directly follow and create favor from the Cell branch, SAPUWA’s Board of Director, the Youth Union activities and movement in SAPUWA were achieved positive result. From the plan of development of SAPUWA’s brand to positively creative movement that were resulted in accomplishment beyond the production’s plan. Besides the achievements in production and business trade, the SAPUWA’s Youth Union Branch well executed political mission, deeply cared to political education, thinking. We always valued the Youth Union Branch were the core element in every political activities, introduced great member to the Communism Party, a hand to help building a SAPUWA’s Cell being stronger and stronger.     

Alongside with these activities, they were also activities that related to culture, sport to build physical strength, enhanced mentally responsibilities in which they would help in daily business activities. In addition, the Youth Union’s members have done social activities such as orphan children, old lonely men and women, poor but effort puplis/students…. These activities did spread out, attracted more youth’s members, which they would gather the company’s department together and kept in touch between members for longer period of time in the company. 

Next, the Presidium was proposed the targets in the following term of 2014 – 2015. The fundamental basic were: building a stronger the Youth Union Branch, training members skillfully, organized activities that contribute the succeed of the group, deliver the target for SAPUWA’s market trade, connect closely between Groups in the company in the progress of building a country and astrategic plan to improve SAPUWA’s persistence.

In the General Meeting, we had carefully selected from the nominee for The Youth Union Branch’s Committee Board in the term of 2014 – 2015 those who have abilities, creativities, enthusiasm, hearted effort, obey the guidance… The purposes are to bring positive outcome for the next term.

Based on the ballot result, under its democracy, highly concentration and consistence, the following 05 nominees are appointed into SAPUWA’s Youth Union Branch’s Committee in the term of 2014 – 2015:

             2.     Huỳnh Thị Ánh Hoa       -           Accounting Department                     -   Vice Secretary

            3.     Nguyễn Nam Mạnh         -           Quang Trung Distribution Center       -   Member

            4.    Trần Công Trung              -           Maintenance Department                  -   Member

            5.    Hồ Mộng Vi                      -            Sales Department                            -   Member

Mr. Đỗ Chánh Trung gave his speech to thank for the trust from others, received his new mission for SAPUWA’s Youth Union with effort to perform new successes from the Resolution in the term of 2014 – 2015.

After listening the Presidium leader’s speech about the solutions in enhancing production, market expansion, product consumption, and the company’s culture, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien – a Cell’s Secretary of Business Group of Go Vap District displayed, highly valued the successes that SAPUWA’s Youth Union Branch had achieved in the previous term (2013 – 2014), especially these activities related to product improvement, social volunteer activities, sport, arts…. She emphasized the efforts not only from the Youth Union but also from the company as a whole in the term of new ideas, technology improvement, positive benefits for the company.

In addition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu (Sales Manager) was on behalf of Mr. Le Nhu Vu (General Director) who was absent due to urgent business trip, but he had sent an e-mail to the General Meeting. He mentioned and noted the successes from the previous leaders and asked for unite, continue efforts… to enhance the success better and better.

SAPUWA’s Cell Secretary, Ms. Pham Thi Huong Giang sent her appreciation to the Upper Division, the Board of Directors who always present and supports for the youth chances to complete their mission successfully. Their contributions were not only to the company itself but also expanded to the District and the country as a whole.

On behalf of the Youth Union Branch of SAPUWA, Mr. Do Chanh Trung listened to complete the General Meeting’s paperwork, also it a guidance for the group’s activity in the following term, giving fully efforts in political successes in SAPUWA.

The General Meeting was ended successfully, where it left some beautiful memories to the attendance. The Committee believes that with the supports from the Cell’s Party, the Board of Directors, the other groups , and every employees in the company… they would be successful in the newly term 2014 – 2015.
