To respond to the Circular No.2 of Vietnamese General Labour Federation about building, organization and operation of excellent Trade Union at all levels.

Sapuwa Trade Unionists participate in “Stamp Of Time” Contest held by HCMc Labor Federation.
        
     Being supported in all aspects by the Director Board, Sapuwa Trade Union had set up sport clubs such as billiard, ping-pong, football, volleyball and barbershop, projection room with wide-screen for trade-unionists to relax after working hour and every Saturday evening.
 
 At the same time, Sapuwa Trade Union’s executive board also suggests to the director to have reasonable solutions in order to help trade-unionists who have difficult living condition. As a result, they could keep their mind on work.
 
Due to Achievements in Trade Union’s activities during 4 successive years (from 2003 to 2006), Sapuwa Trade Union is awarded Certificate Of Merits regularly by the Vietnamese General Labour Federation and The City Labour League.   
    
During the process of construction and organization for a stable Trade Union, Sapuwa as well as Trade Union has affirmed its growth and maturity. Being close-kit together, the Executive Board along with the whole trade-unionists keep overcoming difficulties and obstacles after Vietnam’s accession to WTO in order to reach the target production plan. So that, Sapuwa would be deserving of the Emulation Award in 5 successive years excellent Trade Union issued by the City Labor Federation in 2007.
