Vice General Director and Managing Director have just come back from their training in Japan (18-03-2011)

As many other companies, we understand that human resource is also placing a big impact on development and improvement of our company. For this reason, in our yearly training process, SAPUWA always delegates our managing staffs to join overseas training in developed countries to provide professional staffs, improving management skills, and develops company… also, its purpose to keep the company more competitive, abilities to keep up with a fast pace of the country. Our goal is to maintain its direction and mission in the future.

Based on our training plan for this year, from the beginning days of the year, Ms Le Thi My Linh – Managing Director, and Mr. Le Nhu Vu – Vice General Director joined their training period in Yokohama about “The Program on Consultancy Training for Vietnam (VNCT)”. The main course was to provide trainees more understanding about considering and deciding of a company regarding balance budget, finance, accounting. The course is also considering about manufacturing of production line, increasing productivity, improving quality… so that a company could compete among other countries at international level.

During the period of training in Japan, we were unfortunately hit by incidents of earthquake and tsunami causing reactors’ explosion in northeastern of Japan in Fukushima. They were a biggest earthquake and tsunami since 140 (these events had been reported all around the world’s news).

Therefore, many trainees were worries and concerns that it could affect our training in Japan. However, the Association for overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) principals and staffs were calming us down and supported us to complete the training course successfully. Also, we’d like to thank Vietnam Airlines that always with us when we needed the most by quickly providing more aircrafts to carry us home safely. Above all, our groups including two employers from SAPUWA were safely returned home after joining the degree’s ceremony. We arrived in Tan Son Nhat International Airport early Thursday’s morning (17/03/2011).

With the developing and improving sizes of SAPUWA’s brand in bottled water industry, for direction and mission in many year to come, we will continue to training our employers and managing staffs based on strictly international standard so that we could be continuing to match our business purpose in the international level.
