Vision of a youth manager

Following the award of “Excellent Businessman” honored at Ho Chi Minh City in Ocotober 09th, 2014 organized by Editor-in-Chief of Viet Brand – Associsate Professor Doctor Huynh Van Hoang, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Vietnam’s Business Day (13/10). In October 11th, 2014, at City Hall, Mr. Le Nhu Vu – General Director of Saigon Pure Water Limited Liability Company (SAPUWA) was honorly awarded “Ho Chi Minh City’s Representative Businessman of 2014” by decision number 4995/QD-UBND signed in October 10th, 2014. This award was announced after a period of time to value, examnine strictly by council, the Board of Commend and Reward, and many other government departments. This is a significant award that also gives an important mark in the path of SAPUWA’s development.


In order to received these two awards consecutively are not soundly by chance. Over the past several years, although SAPUWA has been through many difficulties in production and trade simply because of the uncertainty of the global market, politics around the world, Geenral Director Le Nhu Vu has put many efforts to continue leading the company by average increasing 25%/year result in: abilities in production and trade, services, branding, strategy, income, tax duty, social responsibilities, technology improvements, environment protection… qualified the awards requirements.


Mr. Vu perceives a company that equipped modern technology, healthy financial account ain’t enough. It has to be combined with professional employees who could develop the company persistency. Therefore, as planned every year, this 8x General Director organizes training courses to improve employees’ abilities guided by the company’s culture “Humanity” and model business philosophy 4 cleans: Clean employee, clean factory, clean product, clean profit”. From these have formed their general operation: “discipline – Carefulness – Loyalty – Dedication” leading to a modern, competitive, and profefssional workplace for every employee. Thus, SAPUWA always is available skilled employee who could adapt in the new era.

 

Profitability gives more opportunity for SAPUWA to contribute to the society, community, and employees: with customers, SAPUWA’s products always meet the International Standards about Foods Safety.
