Sapuwa product in “ Consumption knowledge” of Television HTV7

At 14 p.m last Sunday June 24th 2007 on HCMc Television HTV7, in “Consumption knowledge” program – consumption bridge section, Mrs. Le Thi My Linh-Chief of Sales Department of Saigon Pure water Company SAPUWA represented Sapuwa Company to answer consumer’s questions about service involved Sapuwa products sent from consumers to program.

 
In this consumption knowledge program, Sapuwa Company had received question from Mr. Nguyen Van Chuyen at the address: 212/170/56 Nguyen Van Nguyen, Dist. 1, Ho Chi Minh City. With this following question:
 

From many years, I only use “Saigon pure water Company SAPUWA” because this product is sterilized and presented for a long time in Vietnam. Recently, I have seen that the market has appeared a kind of water with Sapuwa brand name but under red packing, instead of blue one – which our family used to drink. I don’t buy to use due to suspicion. Owing to anti-counterfeit Club protecting consumer’s interest and consumption knowledge of HTV,I can ask for Sapuwa Company.

1. Now in the market, is there any Sapuwa counterfeit?  

2. Is Sapuwa product with red packing genuine or faked? Because I see in caser of red packing products is only written “Bottled drinking water SAPUWA”, not “ Sapuwa pure water”?

Your question is answered as following:

The first question:   Saigon Pure water Company SAPUWA was established in 1992, up to now Sapuwa products have presented over 15 years in the market and be trusted by many consumers. At present, there have no Sapuwa counterfeits, but appeared some brands SAWA, NABUWA…which lead to make consumers mistaken. So, before choosing to buy Sapuwa products, Mr. Chuyen and all customers should check carefully on product’s specification:

- Genuine Sapuwa pure drinking water product has these following characteristics:

The bottle has been written:
                                                Obtained International standard
                                         Safe quality Food (SQF 2000/HACCP)

                                                SCN: 01667 – issued by SGS

The second question: For the Sapuwa pure water with the red-packing that Mr.Chuyen saw in the market, we would like to confirm its genuineness. Sapuwa Company produced these products for the New Year festival season; customer can use it as a gift for friends, relative... since the red-packing stands for luckiness. The quality of the products with red-packing and those with blue-packing is completely the same.

 
* About the matter: why on the label of the red-packing product, it’s written “Sapuwa Bottled Drinking Water” instead of “Sapuwa Pure Water” as usual:
 

The sentence: “Sapuwa bottled drinking water” which is printed on the label is to follow the stipulation and instruction of the service of health on writing good’s label, it’s still unchanged for a long time, so, there’s no need to worry about it.

 
Also on this occasion, Ms. Le Thi My Linh would like to announce to our dear customers: in the early June 2007, Sapuwa Company has launched a new range of product – bottled water with Sapuwa-Disney brand name – with the volume of 330ml and 500ml, which will bring further convenience for consumers. To this new product, label is designed with Technicolor, lovely images of Walt Disney famous cartoon characters such as: Mickey mouse, Donald duck, Pooh bear...which is suitable for children, teenagers of all ages... this water’s quality is also good and safe as other traditional products’ of Sapuwa .
