Annual Company Trip 2019 – SAPUWA – Desire for reaching further

With the topic “SAPUWA – Desire for reaching further”, SAPUWA family has had an amazing team building at Madagui Forest City (Lam Dong province) in 24^th and 25^th August, 2019. This is an activity to celebrate the SAPUWA’s 27^th birthday (26^th Sep 1992 – 26 Sep 2019) and also an occasion to relax, rest, and share together after working hours.

Temporarily leaving a crowed Saigon, at 5:00 am on 24^th Sep, our buses started, along 1A highway, heading Lam Dong province. On the way, we stopped to have lunch at Giang Dien Waterfall (Dong Nai province).

At 10 am, the buses arrived at Madagui, where there were many exciting activities waiting for Sapuwa’s family members. Right after arriving, we divided into 8 teams to join “Finding treasure” game with activities such as decrypt the secret scripts and other challenges from organizers. The final destination was the camping area that located in the middle of the Madagui forest.  Warm hearts; tight fists; smiles; bright eyes and joy, sweats that dispel fatigue, ... feeling like SAPUWA family has never been close like that.

After decorating tents, we had lunch at Muong Xanh restaurant, ready for coming activities in the afternoon.

Two final teams that passed the elimination round and semi-final of “The winner” contest, are Unity and Unbeaten team competing to be the winner. Two teams went through presentation and singing contest. With enthusiastic cheering from the audience, the Unity and Unbeaten showed excellent performances. Finally, the Unity team convincingly became the Winner.

Breaking the silence of the forest by night, the “SAPUWA – Desire for reaching further” Gala dinner was a memorial night. Once again, SAPUWA’s members joined the mini games guided by a graceful MC. In the Gala, we found out the winners for the prizes in lucky draw, that were an Apple watch and many other valuable prizes.

Especially, staffs with birthday in August and September had a meaningful celebration night. The SAPUWA’s Labor Union sent the best wishes and gifts in the bustling atmosphere of Happy Birthday song.

The feelings were enhanced at the moment when the directors and all SAPUWA staffs toasted and sang happy birthday song to celebrate 27^th birthday of SAPUWA. At this sacred moment, each SAPUWA member was more pride and felt closer with the working place. Thereby, we always remind ourselves that we will try our best to work together and try harder to build a stronger SAPUWA.

The following day, after breakfast, everybody’s free to visit and discover the Madagui Forest City. In an impressive natural scenery, with attractive games, all SAPUWA’s staffs have had a lot of amazing experiences.

Good bye Madagui, SAPUWA’s members back to normal works and busy lives. However, the trip’s beautiful memories about when we stayed together, and had the same spirit of solidarity, will remain in our hearts. The successful operation of this trip indicates the care and love from the Broad of Directors and SAPUWA’s Labor Union. Hopefully, this teambuilding will be a basement for all SAPUWA’s staffs to be close together in one SAPUWA’s family, to connect and stay together for reaching further.
