SAPUWA get good results in inspection course of conducting labour law in July 21st 2009

n July 21st 2009, the Inspector mission of Labour and Social welfare service came to Sapuwa Company to inspect the conduct of labour law in business.

 

The mission carried out to check the documents, records and working conditions of labourers, which includes these main content as following:

 

About conducting the labour law:

 

Sapuwa has satisfied the requirements of mission on propagating labour law, labour agreements, labour registers, social insurance, time for working and rest, salary and wage, regulation and bonus, policy for female workers… , collective labour agreement – labour rules.

 

About conducting labour safety work:

 

Sapuwa has full proofs of organizing the Labour Safety assembly of business, regulations concerning labour safety responsibility, the build of regulations, working safety-hygiene process for factories, works, notice of regulations at working place, the conduct of registering, auditing the machine, equipments, materials, the substances requiring strict requirements on labour safety, safety training course for laborers…

 

About conducting labour hygiene work:

 

Sapuwa has carried out well the rules of surveying environment annually, organizing medical department, first-aid kit, doing first-aid for accidents, doing medical check periodically for all workers

 

As the result, the inspection mission concluded that Sapuwa Company has carried out well and achieved “The typical business of HCMc” in obeying the regulations of Vietnamese labour law. Sapuwa Company acquires the opinions and engages to improve and uphold to become a typical business throughout the country in conducting labour law.
