Sapuwa Party Cell – 5-years performance of the HCMc Party’s Committee Instruction 11-CT/TU on promoting the Communist Party’s build and developing Communist Party and Communist Youth members in private enterprise.

Being one of first Party Cells in private enterprises that established in Go Vap Dist according to the Plan No. 11-KH/QU of Go Vap Dist Party Committee in May 11th 2002 and the Instruction No. 11-CT/TU of City’s Party Committee in May 19th 2003, Party Cell of Saigon Pure Water Private Enterprise SAPUWA has been appreciated as an active Cell with many achievements  which  obtained in developing and building Communist Party as well as leading Unions to carry out political missions… from the beginning to now.

Sapuwa was recognized as strong Party Cell in four successive years (from 2004-2007) and the typical strong one in 2006 and 2007. Therefore, in July 25th 2008, at summation meeting of 5-years performance of City Party Committee’s Instruction No. 11 held by Go Vap Dist Party Committee, Go Vap Dist Party Committee has rewarded Sapuwa Party Cell and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Kim Diep – Cell Secretary with the achievement “Well performance on the Instruction 11- CT/TU of City Party Standing Committee”. Especially, Mr. Le Nhu Ai – the Director of Company has been commended and rewarded in “Having the typical and excellent achievement in 5-years combined-performance of the Instruction 11-CT/TU”:

This achievement is the great encouragement so as to Party Cell members and Saigon Pure Water Private Enterprise SAPUWA perform more excellent in future and deserved to be the typical unit of private enterprise block in particular and Go Vap Dist Party Committee in general.
