Sapuwa together with business culture

From September 26th 1992 to now, after 17 establishing and developing years, Saigon Pure Water Private Enterprise – Sapuwa has developed steadily and strongly. Sapuwa products present nationwide, almost Sapuwa customer are big companies who have high requirement on product’s quality, foreign consulates in Vietnam (U.S Consulate)…, airlines (Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific… ), supermarkets (Coop Mart, Tax, Parkson….),  oil and gas firms (Vietso petro, BP, Shell, Mobil, Caltex..), banks, hospitals, Vietnamese and international schools, export processing zone, entertainment
areas, tourism organizations, iimportnat seminars, foreign and domestic hotels…
 

At present, in Vietnamese market, many businesses trade shoddily, cheat in commerce, produce fake goods… Or in order to avoid lagging behind, businesses only pay attention to purchase modern technology, not take care of staff’s culture; that leads to shortcomings in products, trade, and product’s competitiveness though they are manufactured by modern technology, and then, many of them went bankruptcy, even business’s owners are brought to court for trial. Meanwhile, Sapuwa still recruits more labors for departments, open more stores to satisfy the producing-trading demand of business.

 

In order to obtain these above achievements, from the beginning to now, Sapuwa – always be faithful to the guideline: “Prestige, quality, profit must be collected from the true way, developing steadily, sharing with community”, so beside investing the product’s requirement according to international standard, Sapuwa concentrates: it’s necessary to establish business’s culture, the main problem in business culture is cultural characteristic of company’s staffs, there are:

-         Solidarity, cooperation with each other in production assembly line and with other staffs of company.

These above characteristics show in each Sapuwa product and cultural solution in relationships: cultural work, cultural business, cultural conduct between labourers, with customers, business rivals. That makes products with high quality and creates good impressions on Sapuwa trademark, contributes to develop business strogly and steadily. From this base, we carry out to build business culture, begin from establishing yearly training program for professional knowledge…

 

To improve these above cultural characteristics, we believe that : The healthy cultural environment and good living shall be the base for cultivating and establishing good cultural characteristics of whole company’s staffs, hence, beside carrying out all policies of health insurance, social insurance, allowance, rewards… and signing all labour contract, ensuring safe-hygienic working, having periodical medical for whole staffs, stabilizing staffs with the average wage 3.000.000 VND/month, Sapuwa has incessantly build models to take care of staff’s material and mental living  such as arranging homes for staffs, establishing sport clubs with many games: billiards, table tennis, computing club, barbershop for men and women, library with over 150 book titles, modern training room, good meals for staffs with suitable nutrition, allowances 4.800.000VND/one/year for pregnant of male staffs with pregnancy wife… In company, Sapuwa sets up Communist Party Cell, Youth Union, Red Cross Cell and organizes many activities such as cultural political exchange, visiting…

 

In Sep 05 and 06th 06, Sapuwa organized training program with content of cultural business to improve management model and leaders according to the aim that whole staffs become a united bloc. Everyone in company holding each other’s hands reach to the goal, carry out well the business philosophy 4 cleans: clean person, clean workshop, clean product, and clean profit. Sapuwa also helps trainees from Sapuwa leaders to staffs to understand exactly and fully about “Business Culture”, the base and elements of “Business Culture”, creates premise and motive to improve productivity and effectiveness in producing-trading that helps business to have the specific culture – humanity culture – integration culture in global economy.

 

With incessant effort to affirm the prestige and stature in over 17 years, Sapuwa products are well-known as one of leading companies in bottled-water industry and voted by consumers with many noble rewards such as: “The famous brand”, “Top ten treademark”, “The golden cup for community development”, “Vietnamese quality prize”, etc…and certified as one of the most Vietnamese famous brands by ACNielsen.

 

Beside the main operation- production, responding the policy, guideline of Government, the Company always is active in joining social charity activities with the value of billions/year. This helps to set up the humanity “For everyone” in company, if the boss is good, the staffs can work well. These activities become the annual tradition of company. This is proved by the fact that Mr. Le Nhu Ai – Sapuwa General Director has been rewarded as the typical businessman 2008 by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is honour to receive the Thanh Giong Cup – the symbol of strength and spirit in overcoming difficulties of Vietnam in integration period – from the President Nguyen Minh Triet in the evening of October 11th 2008 and the certificate of the successful businessman 2008 “due to contributions in building Vietnamese economy according to comprehensive, modern and stable direction” from Ministry of Trade. And many certificates, other rewards of Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee, HCMc People’s Committee, Sponsor association of Vietnamese poor patients and orphaned children, Relief association of disabled children HCMc-VN, HCMc-VN Fatherland Front, HCMc-VN Red Cross…

 

 
After an effectively trading process, Sapuwa has proved the application of business culture sufficiently. Besides supplying high quality products, contributing to develop country through paying tax, creating stable jobs for staffs, Sapuwa also create good citizens with vitrue.
