SAPUWA successfully organized the Congress of Party cell members for the 2025 - 2027 term

NOn March 10, 2025, the Cell of Saigon Pure Drinking Water Company Limited successfully organized the Congress of Party Cell members for the 9th term (2025-2027).

The preparation and organization of the congress was paid attention to and directed by the Party cell to be carried out in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism, demonstrating the leadership, close direction and high sense of responsibility of all party members. Besides, the organization also ensures safety, practicality, is not ostentatious in form, and prevents waste and negativity.

The process of preparing for the congress requires preparing the content of documents and records, planning, introducing personnel, propaganda and organizing logistics. The draft political report submitted to the congress was focused on improving quality by the party cell, in accordance with instructions, with an honest and objective, comprehensive assessment, close to the implementation of the Resolution for the 2022 - 2025 term; Clearly point out advantages, disadvantages, causes and draw lessons in leadership, direction and implementation. In particular, the document closely follows the specific work of the Party cell, does not depart from reality, clearly defines directions, goals, tasks, and solutions for the term, consistent with SAPUWA's documents, policies, and strategies in the period 2025 - 2027 and vision to 2045.

In the preparation, planning, and introduction of personnel, in addition to general standards, the selected party committees focus on political bravery, ethics, personality, thinking and vision, and close bonds with party members, workers and employees; have leadership capacity to meet the requirements of the new era. Along with that, personnel planning is carried out to ensure the steps in the process of introducing re-elected personnel and first-time personnel as directed, ensuring synchronization, rigor, democracy, objectivity, fairness and transparency.

Through the congress, with the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the party cell elected a party committee for the 2025 - 2027 term to continue participating in leadership. These are comrades who have enough qualifications, capacity and qualities to lead and carry out the political tasks of the Party cell for the 2025 - 2027 term.

The SAPUWA Party Executive Committee unanimously agreed to promote collective strength to lead the SAPUWA Party Cell to become increasingly strong and committed to completing all assigned tasks in the 2025 - 2027 term, contributing to the development of the Company and responding to the trust of the Chairman of the Board of Members, General Director and all officers and employees.
